  • Check cooling, intercooler and heating systems for leaks, hoses and oil pipes for security and condition.  Top up as required
  • Renew air cleaner element and clean dump valve
  • Check condition of ancillary driving belt
  • Check/top up brake, PAS and clutch fluid levels and screen washer reservoirs

Main Service (Under Vehicle)

  • Renew engine oil
  • Renew centrifuge rotor
  • Renew full flow filter
  • Check and top up gearbox oil
  • Check and top up transfer box oil
  • Check and top up front and rear axle oil
  • Check for free play in propeller shaft universal/sliding joints and lubricate sliding joints
  • Check visually, brake servo hose, brake, fuel, clutch pipes, unions and electrical harnesses for chafing, leaks and corrosion
  • Check for fluid leaks from power steering systems hydraulic pipes and unions for chafing and corrosion
  • Check for fluid leaks from engine, gearbox, transfer box and axles
  • Check exhaust system for leaks, security and damage
  • Check/tighten steering box and front and rear axle suspension fixings
  • Check steering rod ball joint fixings and condition of ball joints and dust covers
  • Check shock absorbers for leakage and damage

  • Remove any debris from between the Dynamic Response valve block and the integrated body frame
  • Replace Dynamic Response filter in valve block and replace lost fluid
  • Adjust the electric park brake shoes
  • Check for fluid leaks
  • Check exhaust system for leaks, security and damage
  • Check steering rod ball joint fixings and condition of ball joints and dust covers
  • Check torque of tie rod end nuts (M12 tie rod end nuts only - 76 Nm)
  • If fault lamp(s) are illuminated, interrogate that system using Autologic and report findings
  • Carry out road test
  • Reset service interval announcement indicator
  • Endorse service record
  • Report any unusual features of vehicle condition and additional work required
